Bingo Game
There are literally hundreds of different types of Bingo out there. This post will not even attempt to tackle them all. It will, however, aim to give you at least a brief overview of a few of the main types. Take a look at some actual slot games when you click link today after reading this article.
30 Ball Bingo
With a mere 30 balls in play, these games tend to be over really fast. This is what actually makes it so appealing to players. 30 ball bingo tickets only contain nine numbers. The winner is usually the first person to mark all the numbers called out by the game host.
75 Ball Bingo
75 ball bingo tickets have 5 rows and five columns, totalling 25 numbers. The square right in the middle is blank while the 24 slots around it each have a number.
At the top of the columns the letters B, I, N, G, O appear. Each column lists only numbers from a specific range. Column B is for numbers 1-15, column I for numbers 16-30, etc. The first player who manages to mark a complete line (vertically, horizontally or diagonally) wins.
80 Ball Bingo
80 ball Bingo was specifically created to be played online and has quickly risen in popularity. 80 ball bingo tickets have four rows and four columns each, which equals 16 squares in total. Like 75 ball bingo, each column only has numbers from a specific range. Numbers 1 to 20 appear in the first column, numbers 21 to 40 in the second, etc. The first player to mark off the pattern as stipulated by the game rules, wins.
90 Ball Bingo
Unlike the previous bingo games, 90 ball bingo typically has three rounds. Each of the tickets contains only 15 numbers. These numbers can be anywhere from 1-90, as there are 90 balls in play.
As with 75 ball bingo and 80 ball bingo, each column only contains numbers within a specific range. The first player to complete a horizontal line wins the first round and wins a prize. The first player to mark two horizontal lines will win round two. This prize is usually bigger than the one in the first round. The third round is won by the first player who marks all the numbers on their ticket. The winner of round three wins the largest prize.
Bingo Bonanza
As the name indicates, this is where the big bucks are to be won. In bingo bonanza 43 numbers are called out. In order to win players must match all 43 numbers.
Passing Bingo
This is quite an interesting variation of bingo. Each time a player gets bingo they are eliminated from the match. The winner is the last player standing. So basically you have to lose to win.
In essence, the rules for each of these varieties of bingo are the same. In all variations of bingo players need to mark off numbers on bingo tickets. However, there are some differences with regards to exactly how these numbers need to be marked off. Some require vertical, horizontal or diagonal lines, while others require every single number.
