Personally, I DANCE! Yes, dancing is good for the soul AND for the body. I put on whatever music I’m in the mood for, whether that means oldies like the Beach Boys, good ‘ol Britney Spears from my high school and college days, or a little Rihanna!<p><span style=”color: #ffffff;”>exercise</span></p>
If I am still not feeling energized enough to exercise, I just keep dancing, adding some jumps into it. You’ll be shocked at how much cardio you end up doing just having fun!
Remember though, if you don’t have enough energy to exercise, it could mean that you’re not getting enough sleep, eating enough energizing and nutritious foods, or you’re so stressed out that your adrenals are just like, “Come on!” So listen to your body, even if that means taking some time to rest. Figure out the WHY, not just the WHAT.
