The Vivant 2013 Agenda: Can’t-Miss Events Around the Globe
From the look of things, 2013 is going to be a great year…and it hasn’t even started yet.
Take for instance Michelle Obama’s second twirl at the Inaugural Ball—for which, we’re certain, the First Lady will choose another impossibly chic and fashion-forward look (remember her all-white Jason Wu gown back in 2008?).
Or consider Alexander Wang’s February debut at Balenciaga. Even if the wunderkind’s collection is a flop, the show is already the most anticipated of the Fall/Winter ’13 season.
If that doesn’t get you excited, we bet Beyonce booty-shaking at the Super Bowl half-time show will. And speaking of glamorous rockers, David Bowie’s forthcoming show at London’s Victoria & Albert Musuem—which features bodysuits from the star’s Ziggy Stardust days and custom McQueen creations—promises to be a wild romp through rock n’ roll history.
Prefer your agenda more global in scope? Never fear, jet-setters: we’ve got a Kenyan camel derby, a massive sports cup in Russia, and feather-shaking fun in Brazil to keep you occupied.
Here’s to making 2013 our best year yet.
