CHICK combines fresh teen fashions with empowering messages at New York Fashion Week

CHICK, the new and already popular teen/tween fashion subscription box brand, introduced its ready-to-wear fashions to New York Fashion Week with its line of comfortable, sporty looks and chic fashion designs. CHICK’s highly-anticipated runway show marked the brand’s first appearance at Fashion Week, where some of the most popular teen influencers, singers, and actresses walked the runway in the latest CHICK fashion styles included in their subscription boxes.

CHICK members were delighted to find their fashion styles modeled by these style icons to be available immediately, unlike other brands that use Fashion Week to showcase their collections for the upcoming season. “We are so pleased to be the only brand bringing our ready-to-wear fashions directly from the runway to our members’ front doors,” said Diane Vara, CHICK’s Director of Marketing.

CHICK’s runway show introduced their powerful I AM campaign which featured the brand’s teen models, each one a star in her own right, saying empowering messages, including “I am determined,” “I am strong,” and “I am brave,” “I am fierce,” and “I am kind.”

The spectacular runway show featured teen actress Ruby Jay, who appeared on the runway in a stunning black dress with red trim and open long sleeves. Ruby already has several television and film credits to her name, including the animated Fancy Nancy from Disney Junior, and a guest spot on the hit television series Modern Family.

Also on the runway was the fabulous Kesh Kesh, teen singer, model and actress; and Dylan Conrique, who stars as Kayla in the teen musical and popular web series Chicken Girls. Joining the runway also was the ever-popular and adorable Sarah Ashley Hunt, who appeared on the Lifetime reality show Dance Moms and whose half-million Instagram followers take their fashion cues from Sarah.

The subscription-based brand delivers the latest fashion trends and trendy styles to teen and tween subscribers in its iconic blue box every month. “An important part of our brand, our styles and our identity is promoting a positive self-image to all our members,” said Vara.

CHICK subscriptions are available online, where new subscribers can choose their own monthly fashion box with the most popular one priced at $49.99 per month. To see more CHICK, you can find them on Instagram at @chick.nyc.
